Individual Headshot Shoots
Individual headshot sessions start from £95 and are suitable for freelancers, founders, consultants and professionals who need updated photography for LinkedIn, company websites, press features, speaker profiles and other professional use.
Sessions are relaxed and carefully directed, with enough guidance to help you feel comfortable without making the portraits appear overly posed. My background in documentary and editorial photography allows me to work quickly, respond to each person and create natural portraits with a professional finish.
Team Headshot Shoots
Team headshot commissions start at £250 for up to four people, then £25 per additional person, with half and full day rates for larger teams.
Company headshots work best when they feel like they belong together. Consistent lighting, framing and background create a professional set of portraits that reflects the business as a whole, rather than looking like a collection of individual photos taken months or years apart.

I bring everything with me and set up in a corner of your office, so people can step away from their desks one at a time and get straight back to work.
For teams without a shared office, a coworking space is often the simplest answer. This company works remotely, so they booked a room and brought everyone together for one session, giving them a consistent set of portraits without needing to be photographed separately.

The Edit
Business Headshot Retouching and Colour Grading
Every headshot you receive is individually colour graded and carefully retouched. It is not an afterthought. It is part of the craft, and something I take as seriously as the shoot itself.
The edit gives each portrait its final finish: the quality of light, the depth of tone, the balance of colour and the overall feel. When done well, it should feel completely natural, as though the photograph was always meant to look that way.
Temporary details such as a blemish, stray hairs, small marks or visual distractions can be refined without changing the structure of your face or taking away what makes you recognisable.

I bring the lighting to your home or office and we take a little more time over it, around half an hour, for when the shot needs to look considered rather than quick. Three finished images.

Team headshots

I come to you and photograph your team in one continuous session of up to an hour on site, setup included. It keeps disruption to a minimum, so it works best when everyone can come through one after another. One finished image each.

Finishing and retouching
Every image is delivered fully finished as standard: colour, exposure and natural enhancement. A small temporary mark or a stray hair are tidied where appropriate, without changing your appearance. On team shoots, this standard finish is included on every image.
Light retouch: £20 per image
A skin tidy, teeth whitening, brighter eyes.
Beauty retouching: from £50 per image
A fuller, editorial finish: softer, more even skin, flyaway or face-covering hair tidied, subtle reshaping.
Custom styling: on request
A signature colour grade, a particular mood, or black and white.
Prices include travel within central Bournemouth and Poole, for shoots between 9.30am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. Parking is charged separately where it applies. Anything further afield, or outside those hours, is quoted before you book.

Do you come to us, or do we come to you?
I work on location rather than from a fixed studio. That means I come to you: your office, workplace, home, or a suitable outdoor setting nearby.
Most shoots are in and around Bournemouth, Poole and Christchurch, with corporate headshots further into Dorset, and Hampshire for the right commission.
For team shoots, coming to your premises keeps the logistics simple and minimises disruption to everyone’s day. Most office spaces work well with a portable set-up, and I’ll advise in advance on what will be most suitable.
How long does a headshot shoot take?
A quick individual shoot takes around ten minutes, and a studio-lit session about half an hour. Team shoots depend on numbers, usually two to three minutes per person, and I will give you a realistic time estimate when you get in touch.
What should I wear?
Plain, well-fitted clothing tends to work best. Avoid loud patterns, heavy logos or anything that distracts from your face. I will send you a short brief before your shoot with practical guidance, including background colour considerations if you have specific branding.
How quickly will I receive my images?
Edited, high-resolution images are typically delivered within three to five working days. For urgent requirements, faster turnaround is usually possible, just let me know when you enquire.
Is retouching included with my headshots?
Yes, a natural finish is included as standard on every image: colour grading, exposure and light enhancement, so temporary details such as the odd blemish or a few stray hairs can be refined without altering your features. For a little more polish, a light retouch (a skin tidy, teeth whitening, brighter eyes) is £20 per image, and full beauty retouching (softer, more even skin, tidied hair and subtle reshaping) starts at £50.
Are these suitable for LinkedIn?
Yes. Corporate and team headshots make up a large part of what I photograph, and every portrait is framed and edited to work at both profile thumbnail size and larger display formats, including LinkedIn.
Can I have both studio-style and natural-light shots in the same shoot?
Yes, this is possible. Many clients prefer a mix: a cleaner, more formal shot for official use alongside something more relaxed for social media or bio pages. I will discuss your needs in advance so we make the most of the time and locations.
Do you work with individuals as well as corporate teams?
Both regularly. Corporate headshots, team shoots and individual professional portraits are all regularly commissioned. Freelancers, founders, independent business owners and creatives also make up a significant part of my headshot work. You do not need a team or a corporate brief to book a shoot.
