Wedding flower tips – Make flowers personal to you!

I would always make sure you are choosing flowers that reflect you as a couple. Is there a story behind the flowers in your bouquet? I always say to my couples that if you don’t really like a flower then don’t have it! You should only be surrounded by the things you love on your wedding day.. Not because something is budget friendly or on trend.

Wedding flowers – Statement Pieces which end up in your photographs!

I will always say you need to design flowers that will also be photographed. Make sure that your ceremony space and the flowers designed for it will be able to be photographed and give you a handful of epic shots.

Why spend a fortune on arches and floral meadows if you don’t have them placed in areas that will be photographed and give you those Wow photos to sit on the mantle for years to come.  I always say small pew ends by the time people actually sit in the seats will be rarely viewed – where as a row of floral meadow will look timeless and create incredible imagery.

Wedding flowers – Marquee Statements

Marquees are a wonderful entertaining space – but need clever thought – otherwise they can quickly become a white box.
Think about creating height using large tall arrangements or and they do not need to be on every table – creating thoughtful and considered table design can allow you spread your budget further by dedicating taller and more ellocatate items in the right place.
