Festival style wedding at Shillingstone House in Dorset
Pure festival fun with massive Glastonbury vibes!
Alice and Gareth are Glastonbury veterans and organised the perfect festival themed wedding at Shillingstone House.
This Dorset wedding venue is idyllic for an open air boutique festival extravaganza! Epic views, beautiful surroundings and perfectly intimate for an outdoor ceremony.
Gareth with some other guests camped the night before and helped to set up the decorations and lawn games. The couple also stayed on the night of their wedding in a glamping tent in classic Glasto style!
Loads of music including a friend who sang during their ceremony and from a choir that Alice also joined to perform during their drinks reception. And the evening had an immense suprise when Alice played saxophone with the band, fantastic reactions! And just wow!
Incredible fun, relaxed and full of joy. Loved every minute! Guess where they had their honeymoon? Yep! At Glastonbury festival, just a few weeks after their wedding, how perfect is that?!
Paul was the perfect photographer for us. We are both quite nervous in front of a camera but once the day got going, we barely noticed he was there and he was so skilled at putting us at ease. He felt like one of our friends and that was wonderful. We really love the photos and are so happy with the outcome and the way he captured our special day. – Alice & Gareth
