Alison and Andrew had an epic wedding celebration at Smedmore House in Dorset and words cannot describe the level of awesomeness of this spectacular wedding!
Smedmore House is an 18th century country manor house and is situated close to Kimmeridge bay with views of the Dorset Jurassic coastline.
Corfe Castle village church was the chosen venue for their marriage and the ceremony was absolutely lovely with much excitement and jolliness. Alison and her family are French which influenced the wedding car, a very stylish vintage convertible Citron. The couple became mini celebrities for the day in Corfe, as tourists gathered outside the church.
The couples personalities and personal interests really shined through into all the wonderful details of the wedding, from locally sourced food, spectacular wine and rustic country vibes to a relaxed and fun atmosphere. Their tipi wedding reception was more like a mini music festival with a live band and DJ performing throughout the day and late into the night.
It was a real honour to have been chosen to document this unique wedding. Thanks again for having me along to share in your big day.
A BIG congratulations to newlyweds Alison & Andrew!
Here’s just a taster from the documentary wedding photography coverage..

Nice work there Paul. This has to be one of the hidden gems of the Purbecks. I love it there.
My favourite has to be the detail in the spoon, great shot!
Yeah, Smedmore is pretty special Dorset wedding venue. Thanks for the comment Nathan.
