One of the aspects I love about my work as a wedding photographer is meeting new people. As everyone is so different, there is always an excitement of anticipation when I meet up with my couples for the first time.
The other day I met Jemma and Michael for their pre-wedding shoot in Poole. Within a matter a few moments I quickly realised they both have an infectious sense of humour. The shoot was full of spontaneous light-hearted moments and high-spirited playfulness, which Michael very much inspired.
Michael also loves trees and has a fascination of flowers, so he was in his element at Upton Country Park and I even learned a few new facts about trees. Jemma claims to be shy, but when they are together, her personality shines.
The couple are having a relaxed and rustic country wedding in rural Dorset. The marriage will take place at Kingston Maurward with their wedding reception in Sherborne at Stockbridge Farm Barn.
Very much looking forward to documenting all the jubilation and merriment of their wedding celebration in a few months.
