I am very lucky to be a Dorset wedding photographer as I get the opportunity to photograph some amazing weddings in breathtaking locations. Yesterday I was treated by Hannah and Sam to an adventure of the Dorset Jurassic coastline. We visited a very special spot St. Aldhelm’s Head, where the couple are due to be married in a few weeks at St. Aldhelm’s Chapel. I think this must be the most remote and unique Chapel in all of Dorset!
This area of Dorset is very special to them as they have had many adventures together and where Sam proposed in December. The views of the coastline from the cliff top are truly epic! We explored the area, caught up on all the wedding plans and we were treated to a wonderful sunset. After the shoot we stopped for a local cider and pasty at the Square and Compass, one of Dorset’s most famous pubs.
It was great to get to know the couple and document their love, friendship and sense of adventure. Very much looking forward to photographing the start of their new adventure together very soon. In the meantime here are my favourite photos from their Jurassic coast pre wedding shoot..
