Londoners Nicky and Harry had their Dorset wedding the other day and what an extremely jolly day it was! Full of raucous laughter, high spirits, an abundance of smiles, so many enthusiastic fist pumps and air punches, and lots and lots of dancing! This celebration was 10 years in the making and all 180 guests came to celebrate in style. From the moment I turned up in the morning Nicky’s ladies were already dancing!
The marriage received roaring cheers and applause filling the church with sound. Their quirky wedding car was Harry’s old blue jeep that he used to drive. The wedding reception was at Harry’s parents home in rural Dorset where a marquee was set up in a nearby field. And the very talented Nicky designed the wedding decor with a rustic country theme and chic details. Live music featured during the day and night followed by an impromptu firework display.
I met so many fabulous people and it was so much fun to document all the joy of this amazing wedding. Thanks again for having me along to capture all the love and friendship.
A BIG congratulations to MR&MRS Botterill!
Here are just a few of my favourite moments captured from the documentary wedding photography..
