Laura and Jon are due be married and celebrate their wedding in a few weeks in Dorset. The marriage will take place at St James’ Church in Poole and wedding reception at the unusual Scaplen’s Court Museum, which is just a minutes walk away. As a wedding photographer, it’s inspiring to photograph new venues and interesting spaces.
Generations of Laura’s family have got married at St James’ Church and lived in the Old Town close by. On our walk Laura recalled a photo of her Grandad being taken outside the church before he went off to war. So much history, I’m truly honoured to have been chosen as their wedding photographer.
The shoot was bundles of fun, full of giggles and laughter. It was really nice to get to know the couple better, discover Laura’s passion for photobombing and our mutual tea appreciation. Very much looking forward documenting all the joy and happiness of their big day.
