I had the absolute pleasure in documenting Georgina and Sean’s intimate Dorset beach wedding celebration on Saturday. From the moment I arrived in the morning Georgina’s smile did not stop all day and her abundance of wedding day excitement could not be contained! The day was full of laughter, high spirits and beautiful heart felt moments.
The marriage took place at the Christ Church in Westbourne followed by a relaxed and informal wedding reception held overlooking the beach, epic seascape and the Purbeck hills of the Dorset Jurassic coast at the Branksome Dene Community Room. The guests were asked to dress smart casual and colourful. An afternoon tea party, g&t’s, pimms and beach BBQ were served, along with outdoor games and beach fun.
With wonderfully personal touches including Georgina making her own wedding dress and party dress for the evening, 5 speeches, a gangster style rap from the bestman, epic first dance, Georgina and her Dad performing gangnam style, Greece classics sing-off this wedding was truly unique and a representation of the couples personalties.
I’m so honoured to have shared Georgina and Sean’s wedding day celebration. And thanks for all the lovely food and making me feel so welcome.
A big congratulations to MR&MRS Hughes!!
